Buyer should give the complete shipping address with postal pin / zip code ,  phone / mobile number with area code and email id. The phone number or email is required by the shipping / courier / transport / delivery / postal agent / company to contact the buyer in case there any problem delivering the shipment.

Country specific requirements: Seller will not be held responsible / liable for packages refused or held by customs department. The seller requests the buyer to contact his country’s customs department and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing order. It is necessary for the buyer to become familiar with Customs policies for his (buyer’s) specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary for different country and not knowing their regulations can result in the buyer’s order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. The buyer is advised to check with customs department of his (buyer’s) country, whether any permits are required for importing product the buyer is planning to order from the seller. In case the buyer’s order is returned to seller due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery, seller will refund: total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge, and 10% of the value of the order, (as re-stocking charges). Seller will also subtract any other outside charges the seller has incurred during shipping, such as warehousing charges, return postage / courier / transport charges, bank charges, handling charges, etc. If the cost to return the product to seller is larger than the cost of the refund amount, seller will instruct the shipping / courier / transport / delivery / postal agent / company to abandon the shipment and there will be no amount payable to buyer. If the product is seized by customs department, there will be no amount payable to buyer. Refunds are not available if the buyer chooses International Airmail as a shipping method and your shipment is lost. Also, refunds will not be issued until the returned packages are physically in seller’s warehouse.

Normally, shipments going through Bharatiya Daak Speed Post / FedEx / DHL / UPS have tracking information, and are delivered a lot quicker than International Airmail. Shipments going through International Airmail are scrutinized less by customs department in buyer’s (importing) country and subject to less custom duties, but have no tracking information, and may take longer for delivery.
